Application Process:

Complete an
application and release
form on each adult (18 years or older) intending to occupy the home.
An application fee is required per applicant.
|
| 2. |
Submit a current copy of each applicant's driver's license along with the application and release forms.
If you can not provide a copy of the driver's license, please provide an explanation.

| 3. |
Mail the copies of your driver's license and your completed application and release form to: Asset Development Company, LLC

We will contact you to
confirm that we received your application.
|
| 5. |
Even
though imperfect
credit may be okay, we will run a credit report, verify employment and
residency history, and run a criminal background check. This will take
3 to 4 days.

| 6. |
After the application is approved, we will meet with you personally to
discuss the agreements and the details of the property
you are considering. If everything looks like we will be able to make
the deal work, we will collect the appropriate funds from you. |
