RENT TO OWN A HOME IN GEORGIA

"You Choose the Home" Program

That's right, you choose the home from all of the homes listed for sale (e.g., MLS, new homes, etc.), our group will then purchase the home and sell it to you via a lease purchase agreement. Our exclusive program will get you into the home of your choice.

Don't settle for a home just because it's listed as a "rent to own" home, when it doesn't meet all of your home selection criteria (e.g., number of bathrooms, school district, yard size, etc.). Move into the home of your dreams!

Pick a Home You Want!

Program Outline:

First, you will need to sign a retainer.
You will then meet with one of our realtors and locate a home.
One of our investors will purchase the home and enter into a lease option agreement with you.
During your occupancy, we will help you with credit counseling.
Lastly, you will obtain financing to purchase the home from the investor.
